Dr Derek Goodisson
Derek Goodisson subspecialty trained in head and neck oncology and has been active in the National Guidelines Committee for head and neck cancer. He is an expert advisor to ACC, the Medical Council and Health and Disability Commissioner and has previously been a reviewer for the Dental Council of New Zealand regarding the RACDS training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Over the years, he has been Asia-Pacific AO board representative for NZ, was Chair of the NZ branch of ANZAOMS and the Junior Councillor and NZ presentative at a board level
He sits on two health care trusts delivering equality and governance at a community level.
