Dr Brianna Buris
Dr. Briana Burris is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and the Program Director of the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) - Harvard Medical School OMFS residency program, in Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A. Dr. Burris recently completed a two-year fellowship in endoscopic maxillofacial surgery and minimally invasive temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgery at MGH after completing her residency training at Harbor-UCLA, a busy Level I Trauma Center serving Los Angeles, CA.
Dr. Burris is an enthusiastic educator-clinician with a research focus in the diagnosis and management of immune-based synovial membrane disease. |Within the last year, Dr. Burris has been an invited international lecturer for the British and Australasian Associations of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. She has given didactic lectures for many renowned institutions in the United States, and has provided hands-on instruction and demonstrations in cadaveric labs for both U.S-trained and International surgeons on the basics of TMJ arthroscopy and open surgery.
