NZAO ERDG are pleased to announce they are co-locating with the ANZAOMS 2026 ASM.
It is with great pleasure that I invite you to attend the 2026 NZAO Education, Research and Development Group (ERDG) biennial meeting in the beautiful city of Christchurch. The meeting will be held at the recently opened Te Pae - a world-class, purpose-built convention and exhibition venue located in the heart of Christchurch’s revitalised city centre.
We are excited to be co-locating our meeting this year with ANZAOMS and the scientific committee has assembled a series of exceptional speakers for our joint plenary day on Friday August 7th. Come join our Maxillofacial surgery colleagues as we explore topics of interest to both specialty groups. This offers a great opportunity for the specialties to align, share common challenges and opportunities and make valuable professional connections. Be sure to register early if you wish to secure limited tickets to the combined gala dinner, to be held at the Christchurch Town Hall.
This will be followed on Saturday with our ERDG study day, continuing the surgical theme. Christchurch is the gateway to the stunning South Island – come for the collegiality, add on some skiing, or simply explore this beautiful region.
I look forward to meeting you in Christchurch in August.
Dr Justine Anderson
ERDG Chair
