Dr Patrishia Bordbar is the Immediate Past President of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (ANZAOMS) and on the Executive Committee of the IAOMS. She is currently on the ICOMS 2025 Scientific Committee. Dr Bordbar is a consultant surgeon at The Royal Children's Hospital and Western Hospital in Melbourne. She holds honorary positions at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and The University of Melbourne. In addition to her specialist training, she has undertaken a further Fellowship in Paediatric Craniofacial Surgery in the UK. She is an examiner with the RACDS and is dedicated to teaching the next generation through her roles including her position as Chair of the Epworth/Monash Cranio-Maxillofacial Fellowship programme. She has a special interest in treating patients with congenital cleft and craniofacial deformities, trauma, and orthognathic surgery.
