WALDRONSMITH Management has arranged special rates at several hotels within walking distance of the Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre.

You will be able to secure your accommodation by completing the accommodation section of the online registration form. A valid credit card number must be provided and will be passed on to the hotel to guarantee your booking. Your credit card will not be charged a deposit at the time of booking or in advance of arrival (unless stated in the terms and conditions for each hotel below). Your accommodation and incidental costs must be settled directly with the hotel on arrival or departure. Please note hotels may charge a surcharge on credit card payments.

Should you require dates outside of the main ASM dates, please note this in your booking and WALDRONSMITH Management will contact the hotel on your behalf and advise.

Please note that check in time is generally 2;00pm. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, it may be wise to pre-register for the evening before. If you are arriving after 6:00pm please note this accordingly.

The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival and therefore any bookings made after Tuesday 7 July 2026 will be subject to availability. Please note cancelled bookings or failure to arrive at the hotel on designated date of arrival (no show) will incur penalties. See cancellation details below for individual hotels before making your selection.

Any changes to your booking must be made via email to WALDRONSMITH Management – not directly with the hotel.

All room rates noted are based on room only, unless otherwise specified, and are in New Zealand Dollars.

Accommodation is held from Tuesday 4 – Sunday 9 August 2026. If you require dates outside of this period, please note your preferred dates in the 'Special Requirements' section. The ASM Office will contact the hotel direct and advise you of availability.

The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival so we encourage you to book early. Any booking requests received less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to availability.

A valid credit card number must be provided to secure your booking. The card details will be securely forwarded to the hotel as a guarantee of your booking.

You will be required to settle your room and incidental expenses direct with the hotel on arrival or departure.

Please note the check in time at the hotels is generally 1400hrs. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, hotels generally recommend booking for the evening before your stay commences. If you are arriving after 1800hrs please note this accordingly to ensure your room is held for your arrival.

Please review the booking terms for your preferred hotel for penalties that will apply should you cancel or reduce your stay (by one or more nights) or fail to arrive at the hotel on the designated day of arrival (no-shows). To make any changes or to cancel your booking, please contact the ASM Office by email – NOT direct with the hotel. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot by accepted nor will hotels accept any changes direct.
