Reichmann Professor and Chairman of The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the College of Dentistry at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center where he is also appointed as an Adjunct Professor of Surgery in the College of Medicine. As a widely published author he has contributed more than 100 publications to the professional literature and is co-editor of the internationally acclaimed textbook – Atlas of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery which has been translated into multiple languages now in its second edition.
Dr. Tiwana was also a member of the Education Committee for the International Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and is the Past Chairman of the Board for the Osteoscience Foundation. Currently, Dr. Tiwana serves as a Director for SORG North America and is the Vice President of The American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Alterman received his dental and medical degrees from the Hebrew University, his MBA degree from the Reichman university, and completed his training as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center and was board-certified.
He is a past president of the Israeli Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and is a member of the Israeli national dental scientific council. He also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Face to Face journal of the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (IAOMS) and as a member of the executive committee of the board of directors of IAOMS.
Dr. Alterman has published over 40 manuscripts in the peer reviewed literature, and six book chapters.
His main fields of interest are minimal invasive and endoscopic-assisted surgery of salivary glands, digital assisted surgery, dental implantology with an emphasis on the rehabilitation of atrophic jaws, and zygomatic implants.

Dr. Powers serves as Director of the Craniomaxillofacial Trauma Program, and Fellowship Director for the Craniomaxillofacial Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship. He attended the University of Kentucky for his undergraduate and dental degrees, the University of Texas Health Science Center – San Antonio for his medical degree and completed his General Surgery internship and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center and San Antonio Military Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. His surgical experience in facial trauma was attained during a 21-year military career highlighted by the acute management of ballistic and other injuries of warfare, as well as performing secondary and tertiary facial reconstructive surgery during various staff assignments at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, the National Naval Medical Center – Bethesda and the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, Maryland. He lectures and has published extensively on the management of ballistic and high-energy transfer injuries to the craniomaxillofacial skeleton, comprehensive reconstruction techniques for facial trauma, and the use of computer-aided surgical planning and patient-specific implants for anatomic rehabilitation after catastrophic craniomaxillofacial injuries.

Prof. Casap actively contributes to the global maxillofacial surgery community. He serves as a Member at Large of the executive committee of the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (IAOMS) and is a former Chairman of the Israeli Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His leadership roles have included serving as Israel Chancellor of IAOMS, Chairman of the Israel Dental Association Scientific Committee, and Chairman of the National Accreditation Committee for Dental Specialization Programs. With over 94 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, Prof. Casap has made substantial contributions to the academic field. He is a member of the editorial boards for several leading journals, including the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Quintessence International. His primary research interests include orthognathic and craniofacial surgery, navigation surgery systems, bone reconstruction, bone morphogenetic proteins, endoscopic surgery, and periosteal distraction.
